FJ Farms was established in 2006 and comprises over 4.200.000 square meters of farmland, holding almost 100.000 trees including olive trees, various stone fruit trees and date palms. Since the beginning, Dr. Jaber has had a clear vision to convert and develop local farming into a high end biodynamic farming system. Following our slogan "Just as you are what you eat, we are what we produce", we aim to provide our customers with the best and most natural products possible. We have put in place all the infrastructural changes and adjustments needed to adhere to international standards of biodynamic farming, seeking accreditation from world-renowned institutions. The certifications programs we are involved in include the EU Certificate for organic farming, the National Organic Program (NOP) of the USA, the Japanese Organic Standard of Organic Agricultural Products (JAS), the Global Goods Agricultural Practices (Global G.A.P.) accreditation and attainment of the Fairtrade Mark. Having successfully implemented the required changes, FJ Farms is considered as officially in conversion to organic and will be legally certified as organic within two years. The pride we have in our work is already evident in our products today and reflected in the continuously high quality of oil and other produce that we provide our customers with. Our oil is tested by international laboratories such as Eurofins and certified as Extra Virgin Olive Oil of premium quality. The certifications and feedback that we have obtained to date has confirmed that we are on the right track and has encouraged us to continue developing our land and resources so as to be able to continue providing our customers with only the healthiest, top-quality, produce.
